Sur-La-Rouge by Jo Schryer, Class of 2015 - Trade Editions now Available!

Somewhere in Canada. Pretty far out. Forest, hills, long narrow streets and paths. One encounters a deer rather than a man. The way to the drugstore or the pizza restaurant has to be covered by car. In winter there is snow and you have to wrap up warm.

Unveiling THE FENCE 2016 – featuring 40 international photographers!

The FENCE in Boston was unveiled on May 1 in conjunction with the Flash Forward Festival – followed by the FENCE at Brooklyn Bridge Park on June 29 and the FENCE in Santa Fe on July 9 at the Santa Fe Railyard Art Park.

A public tour of the FENCE in Brooklyn will take place on July 14 @ 6:30pm starting at Jane's Carousel

Class of 2017 Exhibition: Should Birds Attack - May 18 @ Kominek Gallery, Berlin

The International Limited-Residency MFA in Photography program at the Hartford Art School - University of Hartford, in collaboration with Berlin’s Kominek Gallery will host Should Birds Attack, an exhibition opening this May 18, 2016. The exhibition was curated by Robert Lyons and features work by first year students in the program.

Saleem Ahmed, Class of 2014, Featured on Pool Resources

Saleem Ahmed is a photographer, writer, and educator based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has an MFA in photography from the Hartford Art School and a BA in photojournalism from Temple University. Since 2010, he has been involved with photographic and arts-based education projects in Bolivia. He is also an occasional contributor for The Huffington Post.
